Avice was once an immortal, free-roaming sorcerer. During an adventure, Avice lost his immortality. As a now-out-of-work Agent of Chaos, Avice enjoys causing as much trouble as he can. His very nature made him the perfect rogue, and his previous abilities have caused him to fail to understand the emotions that rogues are accustomed to feeling: Fear, Anger,or Frustration.


Avice is not content with anything less than regaining his lost immortality. He intends to reach this goal, or die trying. To this end, he will steal, loot, or kill for the necessary equipment to regain his status. Being new to mortality, he cares little for the humans that surround him.

Before his capture and subsequent loss of immortality, Avice had an affair with a mortal woman. Ever the consummate joker, he blessed his unborn son and disappeared. After his birth, Avice’s son discovered he had immense power, and decided to use it for evil.

Avice couldn’t care less about the mortals’ government; he favors neither British nor Blackthorn, but sees both as potential stepping stones to glory and power.
